Free Virtual Casino is designed to need as little personal data as possible. There's no account creation, no email signup, and no payment information anywhere on the site — because there's nothing to pay for. This policy explains the small amount of data the site does use, and why.

To let games remember your progress between visits, the site stores:
- Virtual balance, medals, and achievements — saved in your browser's local storage, and for some games, synced to our backend using a randomly generated identifier stored on your device. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any other personal detail.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and general usage patterns, which may be collected through standard web hosting and (if enabled) privacy-respecting analytics, to help us understand how the site is used and fix problems.
3. What we don't collect
- We don't collect your name, physical address, or government ID.
- We don't collect payment or banking information — the site never asks for it, because nothing is ever purchased with real money.
- We don't require an email address or password to play.
4. How data is stored
Game data is stored using your browser's localStorage, which stays on your device. For select games, a copy of your virtual balance may also be stored on our infrastructure (hosted via Cloudflare) so your progress isn't lost if local storage is cleared — this is tied only to the random identifier mentioned above, not to your identity.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage (not traditional tracking cookies) to remember your virtual balance, medals, age confirmation, and similar in-game preferences. This data stays on your device unless synced as described above, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
6. Third-party links
Some pages link to external, independent organizations such as StopSpillet, BeGambleAware, and GamCare. These are separate organizations with their own privacy practices, which we don't control. We encourage you to review their policies if you visit their sites.
7. Children's privacy
This site is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from children, and the site includes an age confirmation step before gameplay.
8. Your control over your data
Because most data lives in your own browser, you can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data, or by using the in-game balance reset option available on most games. If you'd like any server-side data tied to your device identifier removed, contact us and we'll take care of it.
